The agency Alphero completed the initial design of the brand and basic interface but to deliver MyMSD fully, MSD needed an internal multi-disciplinary agile team to deliver features at pace. I was brought on as UX design lead for the team. Initially working in conjunction with Alphero before taking over completely.
We used good, agile human-centred design, with thorough involvement of MSD clients and staff in the development of the design and testing of the MyMSD product. Having all the skills (security, risk, design, data, business implementation, designer, developer, tester, change management) together in a design space, working in an agile manner gave us the environment to develop MyMSD smartly and swiftly.
I designed many successful features for MyMSD, from the simple to very complex. Such as a smart and very secure way for clients to login using a pin, to the ability for clients to apply for temporary additional support which involved very complex rules.
